As a Certified Construction Auditor (CCA), he has been a trusted voice in shaping industry best practices.

He has managed audits for some of the nation’s largest healthcare and higher-ed projects and helped shape Fort Hill’s growth strategy in those markets. Curt is active in industry associations including ABA, ACUA, and COAA.
Ruhtab is the driving force behind Fort Hill LogiX, with 18+ years of experience in construction audit, capital project controls, and compliance. A Certified Construction Auditor (CCA), he previously served as Principal Architect at Microsoft, where he built global audit intelligence frameworks using OCR, NLP, and machine vision to automate payment validation.
Mr. Howell, a founding partner of Fort Hill Associates, brings over 20 years of construction audit and risk management expertise to LogiX. He has led audits on more than $20B in healthcare and higher-education projects, advising clients on cost control, compliance, and risk mitigation.
